Bio — About Neil

Prior to his call to the Ontario Bar in 2000, Neil Viola graduated from the University of Toronto in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science. He was the recipient of the Edith A. Greene and Gordon Bradshaw Academic Scholarships. Neil completed his law school studies at University of Western Ontario in 1998 where he was awarded the Carswell Company Limited Prize.

Raised in the beautiful Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Neil has established strong community ties in his hometown. His primary practice areas are wills, estate planning and administration and real estate law.
He has served on various projects, organizations and boards including Co-chair of the Canadian Cancer Society (NOTL Branch) “Golf For A Cure” tournament, NOTL Community Centre Fundraising Committee, and NOTL Minor Lacrosse Association.

Neil resides in Niagara-on-the-Lake with his wife Hazel and their young family and is supported by proud parents, former Lord Mayor and Town Councillor Art Viola and Julie Viola.
Outside the office, Neil enjoys golfing and is an active volunteer in the community.
