Bio — About Denise
Denise Elliott proudly graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) in Politics in 1992. Denise then graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with her law degree in 2003, where she was one of the inaugural graduates of the Tax Law Program, which earned her specialization in tax law on her law degree. She was the recipient of the prestigious Stikeman Elliot Carswell National Tax Award.
Denise’s practice is focused on Estate Planning and Administration, and Tax Law, including corporate and individual planning, as well as Business and Corporate Commercial Law.
Denise is a frequent speaker in areas of estate and tax planning and is a member of the Niagara Estate Planning Council.
She serves on a variety of committees and boards in the community and is an active Rotarian.
A lifelong resident of the Niagara Region, Denise was born in St. Catharines and has resided in Niagara Falls with her husband David for many years where they raised their son Brandon. Outside the practice of law, Denise is passionate about physical fitness and is an avid reader who enjoys travel.
